What is transformational breathwork?

In this practice, we incorporate a conscious connected breath, breathing through the mouth, with guided coaching from Katie, plus an EPIC playlist to give you a profound experience.

The breathwork alone is powerful, it allows you to escape your thinking mind and dive into your subconscious and with Katie’s guided coaching, we activate your inner healer and intentionally guide you to release traumas and emotions that have been stored in the body.

We guide the energy of the journey with the music to allow you to have a deep experience and finish off with the most peaceful and euphoric integration time, like nothing you’ve ever experienced!

You don’t need to know what to do, just lean in, trust the process and allow your body’s inner wisdom to give you the experience you need.

It requires facing our fears, leaning into discomfort and intensely breathing our way into a state of catharsis. 

In this state we have the power to release our deepest traumas, process our most unresolved emotions, let go of our outdated thoughts and stories that keep us chained to reliving the most painful memories from our past... all while calling in the most incredible levels of inner peace, bliss, love and joy you may have ever experienced. 

It’s work.
