Hi! I'm Katie, a recovered people pleaser, and former hustling high achiever (makes sense, I'm a 3w2 on the Enneagram!)

When I worked as a solicitor, I felt powerless over my to-do list. It seemed like I didn’t have time to think about anything that I wasn’t getting paid to think about. 

I was suffering and struggling every day, totally out of alignment. I had no passion or purpose in the work that I was doing and one day I asked myself “who am I suffering for… because this isn't my dream”.

I realised that I'd spent so long living for others, that I'd lost myself along the way. I fundamentally believed that my worth was determined by my output and whether people liked me. I was so busy prioritising everything else above me, that I didn't realise how much I was disconnecting from myself. 

Learning the wisdom of my inner world has totally changed my reality in the outer world. I now understand my behaviours on a deeper level and am finally living for me and doing the work that fills me with so much joy and allows me to expand and invite more happiness, love and true fulfilment. 

I’d still consider myself a high achiever now, but without the hustle. I know what motivates me and what's likely to take me out of the game. I accept myself in my wholeness, the light and the dark. When I notice my lack of patience showing up, I see it as a communication that something is out of alignment and I check in with my own needs. 

Doing the inner work has enriched my life in so many ways - how I work, how I handle conflict, how deeply I can understand and love myself and the way I perceive others. 

It's freed me from worrying about what others think of me and helped me to connect back to my inherent self worth, so that I never look to anything outside of me to measure my value. 

It's a gift to experience the world this way and I'm so honoured to share this work with you too.
