If you’re new here, I’m Katie! I am a recovering people pleaser, and former burnout queen who went from working (miserably) as a lawyer to breaking free from an abusive relationship and running my own wellness app focussed around self connection and growth!

My 3 star qualities are

(i) An ability to guide you through your subconscious into your shadows and allow you to release your deepest traumas through breathwork;

(ii) A passion for building self worth and empowerment, through mind and movement practices on my app; and

(iii) The desire and knowledge to help women to level up and create the empowered life of their dreams through life coaching.

It is my mission to help women to break free from the limitations of their mind and level up to become the most empowered, confident, focussed, healthy and aware version of themselves.

  • My classes are open level, meaning that I offer and demonstrate modifications, and give verbal cues so that you can build your practice in whatever way feels great in your body! There is also a full beginner’s channel, so if you’re just starting out and want to get the basics nailed, you can start there!

  • I teach so many styles of yoga, from dynamic and sweaty, to slow and stretchy and everything in between! Don’t worry if you don’t know about the styles of practice I teach, you can use the “Find Your Perfect Class” Quiz feature to see what you might like, or heck out my class descriptions document on the app. Alternatively, it’s easy to choose what class you want based on the channel”

    • Beginners vibes - great for newbies or those wanting a bit more information on the postures.

    • Relaxing vibes - great to slow down and unwind.

    • Flowing vibes - want to get energy moving round your body with a feminine flow, try this channel.

    • Energising vibes - for when you want to get your strength and cardio up! Find dynmaic flows and HIIT classes here.

    • Focussed vibes - for when you’re working on something specific, e.g. a key pose you eant to build up to, or a part of the body you’d like to work on building strength/ flexibility in.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time! You do this in the normal way you’d cancel any other app subscription, e.g. through the Media and Purchases section of your Apple settings on an iPhone. Your membership will end at the end of your latest billing period.

  • There are a few ways you can do this - you can check our out community space on the app, share your successes and ask for help.

    You can also send me photos of your postures on instagram or email to ask me about them.
